Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Max's Mercantile L.L.C. We know that ordering things online can be a gamble since you can’t touch the items or try anything on, and because of that we try our best to be very return-friendly. However, as in life, there are certain rules that must be followed so that we can help you out If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase.
We’ve worked really hard to try and make the returns process as simple as we can to keep you from pulling your hair out. (Trust us, we’ve been there!) We’ve spelled out the process below so that you’ll know just what to expect.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
For items that are faulty please send us an email with the information regarding the error and we will respond with further steps.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs of returning an item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! Once we initially process your order we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
